Round Rock City Council approved Jan. 14 an incentives agreement between the city's Transportation and Economic Development Corp. and Ametrine Inc., which manufactures camouflage that can help soldiers remain undetected on the battlefield, for job creation and facility investment. This marks the second headquarters relocation to Round Rock announced since the start of the year.
