Aplo Flow enhances workflow efficiency by fully automating sample preparation for any of ONIs custom reagent kits. With less than 30 minutes of hands-on time, even a novice scientist can prepare up to 16 samples with high reliability and consistency. Instead of spending hours preparing samples by hand, Aplo Flow users are free to image other samples, analyze yesterday's dataset, or plan their next experiment. More answers in less time; the true meaning of efficiency. How many samples can Alpo flow process per run? Process anywhere from 1 to 16 samples using ONI's particle characterization kits (3x chips with 4x lanes on each), indicating custom experimental conditions for each lane before starting the experiment. Each ONI Cell Flow Chip can accommodate up to 4 samples in a single automated fluidics assay. How adaptable is Aplo Flow to different research needs? Aplo Flow's modular design provides sample level flexibility control in both end-to-end particle characterization workflows and unparalleled versatility for bespoke fluidic assays. Combined, Aplo Flow can cater to virtually limitless experimental designs, while ensuring adaptability and robust scalability in a diverse set of scientific applications. What support and resources are available for users of Aplo Flow? Users of Aplo Flow have access to comprehensive support and resources, including training materials, technical assistance, and software updates. This ensures that researchers can maximize the capabilities of Aplo Flow and achieve their scientific goals efficiently and effectively. Can I use Aplo Flow to build DNA-PAINT workflows? Yes, the Aplo Platform is designed to accommodate complex assay types exactly like DNA PAINT and exchange PAINT. The Aplo SDK paired with robust Aplo Flow fluidics hardware is well-suited to execute assay types that are typically too tedious to conduct manually, due the need for repeated user intervention over many hours. With Aplo, you can design an experiment in basic python code, place the necessary reagents on the Aplo Flow deck, and trust the Aplo Platform to handle the rest. DNA PAINT experiments with 10+ exchange cycles across up to four (4) samples can be easily automated and run "lights-out".

This kit contains two single-domain antibodies (sdABs) for DNA-PAINT as well as the necessary imager strands and buffers that are required for sample preparation and imaging. Each sdAB can be coupled to a single DNA-PAINT docking site and two sdABs can bind one primary antibody, resulting in two docking sites per primary antibody. The reagents are tested and optimized for the Nanoimager. Simply add your primary antibodies of interest and you are ready for 2 color DNA-PAINT imaging.
