Wearable Sized Raman Spectrometers, Wearable Raman Spectroscopic devices/Engines, SERS (Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy) and Raman Readers

By BaySpec, Inc

Bring laboratory-level spectroscopic analysis to you! Product Overview: The porous carbon SERS substrate provides not only high signal enhancement due to its strong broadband charge-transfer resonance for large chemical enhancement (as opposed to electromagnetic enhancement in traditional metal-based SERS substrates), but also extraordinarily high reproducibility or substrate-to-substrate, spot-to-spot, sample-to-sample, and time-to-time consistency in SERS spectrum (which is not possible with traditional metal-based SERS) due to the absence of "electromagnetic hot spots" by making the entire surface of the substrate "chemically hot", high durability due to no oxidization, and high compatibility to biomolecules due to its fluorescence quenching capability. Combine with the BaySpec's SERS reader – a mini wearable analyzer, which provide a full analytics solution. SERS readers feature proprietary miniaturized optics, highly efficient detector, and maximum sensitive with ultrafast acquisition. The full fingerprint coverage and high resolution delivers the best-in-class performance in a variety of applications, from detection of illicit drugs, toxic industrial chemicals (TICs), pesticides, urine drug testing, microplastic detection, chemical warfare agents, biological warfare agents, explosives, infectious disease sensing and many other detection applications. Breeze™ - IS Handheld VIS-NIR-SWIR Spectrometer

Handheld spectrometer equipped integrating sphere BreezeTM - IS, the integrating sphere equipped model is a prominent upgrade for all BreezeTM series handheld spectrometers. The BreezeTM - IS model only slightly increases the size but empowers the device to provide much more accurate and detailed spectral information. The IS model can measure diffuse reflection of a material’s surface and average all angles of illumination. Featuring proprietary miniaturized optics, BreezeTM - IS acquires maximum sensitivity and ultrafast acquisition with only one-button operation in your hand. Just as other BreezeTM smart handheld portable spectrometers, the BreezeTM - IS model was built as a user-central product. The fully automatic spectrum analysis requires none of training and any technical background and strips out the cost of and logistics chore for lab test outsourcing. The measurement operations are controlled by any smartphone, which are connected to a Cloud based database. This handheld device can perform spectroscopic analysis at anytime and anywhere. It is an ideal solution for all on-site chemicals analysis applications, such as illicit drugs, pharmaceuticals, explosives, biological warfare agents, cannabis, plastic, and food.
