Flow type glass reactor with an inner diameter of 8 mm. The reactor is placed in a vertical tube furnace. The temperature is regulated by RT-290 (Comeco) temperature controller. The reaction temperature is measured by internal thermocouple. The gas flow rates are regulated by mass-flow controllers Matheson. The reaction products are analyzed by a Varian 3700 gas chromatograph equipped with thermal conductivity detector, flame ionization detector and 3 m column with Porapak Q (0.150–0.180 mm, Riedel-de Haën AG D-3016 Seelze 1);
