Lesker Dielectric Sputterer is available for automated sputtering of SiO2 or TiO2 using an Argon or Argon/Oxygen plasma. Additional approved dielectric targets can be installed and used on case-by-case basis. Samples are mounted to an 8 inch holder with Kapton tape or metal clips.
