Nanocyl has developed various masterbatches or concentrates to ease the integration of NC7000™ in different matrices (thermoplastics, water, epoxy resins, rubbers, etc.). Nanocyl formulated products can be diluted with blending equipment commonly used to incorporate additives into the host matrix (e.g. twin screw extruder for thermoplastics). Direct compounding/blending of NC7000™ multiwall carbon nanotubes in powder form is also achieved with blending equipment commonly used to incorporate additives into the host matrix.
