For tailor made products, the delivery will be established by the project manager in the early stage of the contract. If the custom requests are slight modifications from the standard process (e.g. concentrations, storage buffers, quantity) the price will be comparable. Don't be afraid to ask! It is strongly related to the complexity of the service required, but it will be clearly highlighted by the project manager at the beginning of the operations. It depends on the specific requests from the customers. Usually a tailor made product is sold with a shelf life of 2 years but if some change in the basic formulation is required, this validity might decrease. It is highly personalized according to customer requests and needs. Generally speaking, in the first phase the requirements will be formalized through one or more meetings which will be attended by the AcZon project manager and all the members of the team to cover all the skills required. Secondly, AcZon's team draws up a project draft which will be approved by the client. Then, the operations will begin with a constant update of the customer. Finally, after the delivery the researcher will be assisted by the AcZon project manager to obtain the best results.
