MOSIS 2.0 is a microelectronics prototyping and manufacturing enabler focused on MPW access and IC design enablement. Serving as the central storefront for the CA DREAMS ecosystem, MOSIS 2.0 streamlines engagement with university nanofabs and leading commercial foundries. Its Prototype Integration and Engineering Services (PIES) team provides white glove support across PDK evaluation, design and EM simulation, physical verification (DRC/LVS), process characterization, and MPW execution for silicon CMOS and advanced III V technologies on 100–300 mm wafers.
