Analog Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor DB HiTek offers specialty analog processes with excellent analog characteristics, such as matching with low noise, backed by over 10 years of mass production experience. The AN180 process provides cost-effective high-voltage devices such as LDMOS and DEMOS, while the HP180 process features very low noise and high precision, making it suitable for applications requiring high-quality analog blocks. Introduced in 2024, the AN180 G2 process combines enhanced analog characteristics with improved low-noise performance, expanding its applicability across a wide range of use cases. DB HiTek supports analog IC design through a modular process based on the 0.18μm technology node. This process allows customers to flexibly select optimized options tailored to their specific requirements. The DB HiTek HP180 option is particularly well-suited for implementing high-voltage devices used in high-precision medical equipment and industrial systems.
