2D Materials Transfer System (HQ Graphene)

By The Center for Nanoscale Materials

The HQ Graphene 2D transfer system is designed for the precise transfer of exfoliated 2D materials, such as graphene or hBN, onto target substrates. It utilizes a polymer-assisted pickup and release process, typically involving PDMS or PPC films, in combination with a temperature-controlled stage and high-resolution optical alignment. This allows for clean and accurate stacking or positioning of 2D flakes, which is essential for fabricating van der Waals heterostructures and studying their intrinsic properties.
