Among the Core Facilities, those that the Corporation may provide for external use (hereinafter referred to as "External Use Services") shall be as listed in the separately established fee schedule. Use of External Use Services shall be conducted by one of the following methods: 1. The User operates the equipment or facilities by themselves 2. The User requests the Responsible Staff to perform tasks such as measurements, etc. using the equipment
