CFD Research performs early stage technology development including initial concept ideation, design & analysis, prototype fabrication, test & evaluation, and in some cases low rate production. Our onsite support services and knowledge of products provide real-world insight into challenges and needs that drive the evolution of technology solutions. This work serves a multitude of government organizations including DoD, NASA and NIH as well as commercial companies looking to tap into our innovation focused mindset and workforce. Much of this innovative work is done via the Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs as well as Broad Agency Agreements (BAA), Rapid Innovation Fund (RIF), and Other Transaction Authority (OTA) contracts and agreements.
