The Synergy H1 is a hybrid multi-mode microplate reader (230–999 nm). Detection methods include fluorescence intensity (FI), fluorescence polarization (FP), luminescence, and UV-visible absorbance. The instrument is modular, and upgrade options may be available. In the field of life sciences, the Synergy H1 is used for ELISA assays, nucleic acids, protein quantification, enzymes, cell viability, and proliferation assays. This service is available both as self-service and with the possibility of samples being processed by the service managers.
