This equipment offers researchers the possibility of automating liquid handling operations using the Opentrons OT-2 pipetting robot. The robot is equipped with single-channel pipettes (20, 300, and 1000 µl) and multi-channel pipettes (20 and 300 µl) to work with 96- or 384-well plates, prepare serial dilutions, PCR mixes, etc. The CSIC Chemical Library staff also offers the possibility of designing and programming the protocol required to execute experiments on the robotic platform.
