Note that for all upcoming MPW runs, we will require a two-week advanced submission deadline for any designs requiring facet-attached microlenses (via Dream Photonics) or through-cladding windows (Layer 6). Please email your advance submission to Support and include a draft GDS design file, or your NanoSOI order number with the draft design uploaded to your order.
