Partner developing, engineering and supplying optomechanical manipulators including vacuum chambers, electronic control systems, software and installation. Since 2012, we have delivered more than 50 optomechanical manipulators and 15 vacuum chambers with a volume of 1-20 m3. Optomechanical manipulators of DELONG INSTRUMENTS are superaccurate positioning systems equipped with mirrors or grids. With positioning accuracy in microradians, their dimensions range from tens of centimetres to meters and weights of tens of kilograms. The manipulators are placed in vacuum chambers on optomechanical benches, which are separately anchored to the structure of the laser centre building to increase the accuracy and stability of positioning.
