CRHEATEC and CRHEACAM platforms: Through these two platforms, CAT offers a range of techniques dedicated to cutting-edge structural characterization of materials with various techniques and micro- and nano-fabrication in clean rooms. The center has historical expertise in III-nitride materials, ZnO, and SiC, but is also developing expertise in new materials, particularly 2D and perovskites. The resources implemented within the CAT are accessible to researchers from the laboratory as well as to external laboratories and companies.
