Taipei, 5 November 2026. GaNrich Semiconductor Corporation has established a gallium nitride (GaN) power device portfolio spanning 40V to 1200V, built on GaN-on-Si and GaN-on-Sapphire wafer platforms. The Taiwan-based company said the range covers 40V to 250V low-mid voltage devices and 650V to 1200V high voltage devices.
The devices target applications including AI data centers, Backup Battery Units (BBUs), robotics, drones, electric vehicles (EVs) and On-Board Chargers (OBCs). GaNrich lists high-speed switching, low conduction loss and low parasitic capacitance as product characteristics that give designers flexibility to optimize efficiency and power density.
For the 40V to 250V range, GaNrich offers advanced package solutions compatible with existing standard silicon devices. The company said it has completed development and supply-chain optimization for 5×6, 5×3 and 3×3 products. Integrating gate drivers into the same package is intended to simplify circuit design for customers.
The 650V to 1200V devices address high-voltage power conversion, including high-power AI data center power supplies, AC-DC conversion and EVs. GaNrich said these devices serve as pin-to-pin drop-in replacements for traditional silicon components. The company plans to launch a 1200V bidirectional switching (BDS) product that reduces system component count and supports single-stage power-conversion architecture.
GaNrich also offers mask design, advanced packaging, system module integration and reliability testing. It said it coordinates Taiwan GaN wafer manufacturing and packaging resources and works with global supply-chain partners to offer customers a non-red supply chain option, citing concentration of the GaN market in China-based supply chains.
The company said selected products have been validated by leading global customers in automotive, energy storage and industrial applications. GaNrich describes itself as currently the only GaN designer able to provide mass production GaN products for customer validation in Taiwan.
