In addition to catalog products, HRL provides custom GaN MMIC design services, including tailored LNAs, PAs, mixers, switches, and transceiver components. HRL also develops custom multifunction modules and is preparing to introduce packaged versions of our commercial MMICs. HRL’s engineering capabilities extend to wafer-level packaging, high-performance module and subsystem integration, and the development of complete microwave/mmW assemblies.
